Shipping policy

 

At CWF our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

 

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

 

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. This process takes on average 1-2 days.

 

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. In order to reduce wastage and take care of our planet, we make all products as they are ordered. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

 

I'm missing items in my delivery! What happened?

Don't be alarmed, sometimes we will send some items faster than others. There could be a number of reasons for this;

  • We have a short back order for your second product
  • Product is shipped from a separate warehouse dependent on the item
  • It's more fun to open more than 1 package!

You will get different tracking numbers for the separate orders as well, so you will always be able to track them!

 

How does customs work with your deliveries?

Chicks With Faith is not responsible for any charges made buy your country's customs agency (if any do apply). Please before placing the order please make sure you understand how customs in your country works. Depending on the product, we will be shipping from US, UK, Australia or China.

When you place an order you agree you understand how customs in your country works, and any law related to the product you are buying.
